This is a direct-hire position.
This is a 1st shift position with a schedule from Monday-Friday, home every weekend.
This position will require travel and overnight stays.
Yearly compensation range is $60,000-75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Position
Summary:
Provide customer support in person and by phone.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely phone support.
Setup, install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites within the assigned region.
Maintain customer and unit history on the CRM database.
Determines labor and spare parts required on-site repairs.
Makes recommendations for parts replacement as a preventative measure.
Experience with instrumentation and electrical components Troubleshoot and load programs with PLC's Experience Needed:
Minimum of 3 years experience with skills in customer service, training, installing and repairing various models industrial equipment MS-Office and general personal computer knowledge Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawing.
Good oral and written communication skills Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent travel.
