Maintenance and Technical Responsibilities (GIVEN BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Responsible for organizing and managing inventory control.
Perform refrigeration service in its entirety and make repairs as needed to ensure units are in proper working condition.
Perform inspections of all equipment, hand tools, and personal protective equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition.
Perform all work in strict adherence to OSHA guidelines.
Responsible for organizing, cleaning, and ensuring safe environment for work area and parts room Be able to diagnose problems and gather a solution in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Provide service and tech support via phone and/or email Communicate with our foreign and domestic suppliers and factory representatives (via phone, email and in person) Supply and ship parts to customers for all areas of the business as needed:
Rental, Retail, Events and Sales.
Qualifications:
EPA refrigeration certification and a working knowledge of all aspects of HVAC maintenance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Ability to climb a ladder up to 40 feet.
Ability to use hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to knee and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to withstand all weather conditions including temperatures in excess of 90 degrees (Examples of when these physical requirements would apply are as follows:
moving refrigeration equipment from one location to another, climbing a ladder, operating a forklift, and loading and unloading equipment).
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 yr.
HVAC/Refrigeration and warehouse experience.
Advanced knowledge of on-site maintenance and ability to work with vendors/contractors.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, including Outlook.
Ability to learn and operate the company's computer software Access and ability to drive a car.
