Summary:
The Field Service Scheduler has responsibility for scheduling Technicians for Installations, Service visits, PM visits.
Through support and direction, the Field Service Scheduler will focus on accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results.
The Field Service Scheduler position will report to the Aftermarket Manager.

Responsibilities:

Efficient scheduling of Service Technicians for Installations, Paid Service and PMs Written and Oral communication with Customers and Aftermarket team Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met Keep-up with logistics email communication to know when machinery is shipping to customers.
Follow up with customers on Pre-install Checklist Schedule installs/Service Visits Manage service calendar Review Open/Install issues and track for rescheduling Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
The Field Service Scheduler job description may include only some tasks or essential functions and may be revised to meet the department's needs.
The Aftermarket Manager may assign other tasks or projects to the Field Service Scheduler.
