Part-Time Customer Service Representative Description:
FLYT Aviation is looking for part-time skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a fast growing team of dedicated professionals.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the heart of FLYT Aviation and responsible for the daily operation, greeting and assisting students, visitors, and internal staff.
The CSR functions include but are not limited to the following:
Roles &
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all external and internal individuals with daily needs.
Work with Instructors and sales on student related items as appropriate Handle all account reconciliation for students and internal staff.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for all students and staff Dispatch aircraft in accordance with company policies and procedures Insure lobby and restrooms are always stocked with supplies Walk the flight line to ensure aircraft are properly chalked and tied down Follow up on all tasks and company related matters expeditiously Route and respond quickly and professionally to all internal and external email or phone calls Must be a team player willing to assist in different roles when necessary Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with prior experience a plus Previous aviation experience welcome Ability to effectively think outside-the-box to promote solutions that increase efficiency and fleet utility Ability to thrive in stressful situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Must have ability to multi-task calmly and efficiently Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised Strong problem solving skills.
Must be proficient with basic Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc) Quick learner and adaptability to company policies and procedures Must have valid drivers license Compensation:
Hourly pay ($15.
00 to $20.
00/hr) depending on experience Performance reviews will be conducted after the 90 day probationary period with quarterly to semi-annual reviews thereafter.
Part-Time Schedule Saturday and Sundays, 8-10 hour shifts (with additional days possible) Flyt Operation hours are from 6:
30am to 9:
00pm.
