Job Description:
Looking for a charismatic well-spoken individual that has the ability to engage customers in a retail environment to assist in purchasing flooring products.
To offer installation services once the rapport has been established with the customer.
Required Skills:
Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to pass a criminal background check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to be a self-starter, with the ability to stay focused on goals and be self-disciplined Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection Be present in the retail location for 5 days per week from approximately 10:

Walk through the store and engage all customers that are shopping, approach in a non-intrusive way to offer support for their purchase and to answer questions as needed.
Ability to move about for extended periods of time and Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to persuade with minimum selling skills Offer installation services that our company provides as part of the partnership with the retailer Set up an in-home estimate for each customer interested in our services Grow and maintain a strong working relationship with store associates and other vendor partners you might encounter Ability to write legibly Must have above average verbal communication skills Enthusiasm and positivity Job Type:
