Their main aim is to project the professional organization image through customer interactions.
Handles inbound call from customer regarding product warranty claims.
Reviews customer information/problems and initiates standard action for replacement, return or field service as guided by customer service policies.
Approves and recommends the appropriate service companies to perform equipment/machinery repairs.
Maintains and tracks information ensure a resolution is reached in an appropriate time frame.
Addresses customer complaints regarding warranty claim denials.
Reviews and processes warranty claims documentation including billing and refunds.
Works with internal transportation and/logistics resources to resolve freight damage claims as needed.
Prepares service and warranty reports to identify recurring problems for management to review.
Escalates technical product issues to Technical Advisors.
Maintains thorough knowledge of the current product lines.
Maintains thorough knowledge of all warranty related procedures, processes, and policies.
Utilizes software tools to accomplish tasks.
Software tools include, but are not limited to, Excel, Word, ERP/MRP, warranty claim processing system, Dynamics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in a call center, customer service, warranty or other closely related function is desired.
Organized and detailed oriented.
Ability to read and apply work instructions.
Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demands.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build strong internal relationships.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
