While this position reports directly to the Regional Manager and will be assigned specific operational functions, direction for HR functions will come from the Director, People.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work with both current employees and new hires within the company.

via HR Ring Central phone line, email and mail requests Opens, sorts and distributes mail Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR related matters Prepare reports, stats, forms, employment verification letters, etc.
Prepare and coordinate documentation related to hiring, compensation, benefits, and employee relations Welcomes visitors to the corporate office Participate in the future planning and direction of the HR department Provide administrative support to US HR Team Participate in training to comprehend, implement, and maintain all quality objectives as stated in our Quality Management System to ensure delivery of desired levels of operational safety and security Special Projects and other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on matters pertaining to the company and employees Bachelors Degree preferred Warm and engaging interpersonal skills Commitment to being a member of a collaborative team Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in HR preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in both oral and written communication Strong Office Management System skills - preferably GOogle Suite Ability to multitask.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
