No prior sales experience is necessary, we will train you.
This is a fantastic job for candidates with previous customer service or hospitality experience (servers, bartenders, CSR, sales associates, etc).
This new hire, once trained, will be given retail leads, and it is your job to secure orders from these customers.
Leads come online, through phone calls, and walk ins to our showroom.

We are willing to train and are really looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Dedication towards customer satisfaction is a must.
You will be responsible for working five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday.
You will be given an hourly wage along with earning commission for each sale you complete.
The one thing we will not tolerate is drama or me first attitudes.
We work as a team and we all benefit from it.
You will be provided leads, you'll be able to sell to walk ins, and if you choose, you can acquire your own leads by going out into the community to promote your products.
Bonuses and yearly raises are given in return for hard work and we also offer the following additional benefits are provided to you:
After sixty days you will have access to join our company healthcare plan and if you choose to take part, we will contribute 50% per month to your costs of health, dental, and vision insurance.
You are also given $25,000 of life insurance at our expense.
After one year you will have access to our company retirement plan with 3% matching included.
You, along with all hourly employees still employed on December 31st of each year are able to take part in receiving a share of the Bintelli Profit Sharing allotment (means a nice big check is waiting for you at the end of the year).
In your first year you'll be given three paid days off.
In year two that will increase to five.
