This position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience with SAP (SD Module) for fulfilling Customer Service duties.
SA Customer Service Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Order Entry including Schedule Agreements and Forecasts Order Release and Parts Allocation Provide Order Status, Shipping Updates, Material Availability Info etc.
to Customers Returns Credits/Debits Customer Portals EDI Monitor Review and Idoc Processing Run and Review Reports and Resolve Open Orders/Credit-Debits/Returns & Customer Issues on a regular basis Customer Deductions Customer Complaints/Issues Warranty Claims incl.
usage of QM Module Tracking of Shipments Provide Missing Documents (invoices, delivery notes etc.
) to Customers Initiate and Submit Customer Master Data Updates (e.
g.
Shipping Instructions) Work closely with external Customers and the internal Sales, Logistics, Finance, Product Management and Warehouse Team Participate in Customer Seminars/Trainings Backup for other CSRsous experience with Key Account large customers - John Deere, Caterpillar Acts as Liaison between Customer Service & Internal/External Customers Set-Up of New Customers Coordinates the set-up of new customers and ship-to locations Assists with processing customer orders and provides required information to customers and/or CS Team Assists with processing Returns/Credits/Debits Runs regular reports and analyzes reporting data Assists the Logistics Team with the preparation of meetings (preparing charts, Power Point presentations etc.
) Assists with processing and analyzing customer complaints Assists the Logistics Team with special projects.
Works closely with Customer Service and the Sales Team, Global Data Management Team, and Finance.
Updates Customer Master Data in SAP (SD) and maintains all required SAP tables (e.
g.
address & contact data, partner functions, text fields, Industry codes, commission & freight threshold tables, output types) Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
