Welcome every guest and assist them throughout the wash process (wash instructions, payments, etc.
) General site cleanup (sweeping, washing bays, emptying trash, etc.
) Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized (there are times you will be on the site alone) Engage guests in polite and professional manner, have friendly conversations, provide them with information about our unlimited wash membership options and help enroll them Learn wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, then apply that knowledge daily Assist in opening and closing the facility Safely guide customers into the Touchless Automatic All of our attendants need to meet the following requirements:
Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable Have good communication with management and other employees Able to lift approx.
30lbs to a 4' height (emptying trash) Ability to follow all company policies and procedures A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team and serve the public Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc.
for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Reliable transportation to and from the car wash Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Saturday and Sunday for 8 to 10 hours each day Desirable:
Mechanical/Electrical ability (pay will be increased depending on skills) Automotive enthusiast Have prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service About The Bubble Bath Car & Cart Wash:
