Your opportunityWe're looking for an Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Operations Team in Peachtree City GA (Hybrid Remote options).
You'll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the customer experience team members that support this sales territory.
This includes management of personnel, order accuracy, process development, staff training and competency development.
This position will need to apply business acumen, display technology knowledge and have a thorough understanding of the company's strategic priorities to anticipate future needs that will translate into effective systems and business processes for the customer service organization.
This position will manage a territory that ranges from $400M - $700M annual revenue.
