To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, he/she will utilize their gifts, abilities, and talents in administration, leadership, logistics, creativity, hospitality, and stewardship.
They will set the standard in administrative excellence in supporting both Scatter Global and Mobilization.
MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Support various projects for Scatter Global and Mobilization as assigned by Program Manager.
Manage expense reports for Leads of Scatter Global
the VP of Mobilization.
Manage Vendor set-up and invoicing for Scatter Global team Maintain the calendar of both Scatter Global lead and Mobilization VP calendar.

Responsibilities:
Scatter Global and Mobilization Managing Communications:
Prepare communications and documentation, such as emails, invoices, instructional documents, reports, team correspondence and other communications Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that schedules are organized and conflicts are minimized.
This may involve making travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and sending out meeting invites.
Record-keeping and Documentation:
maintaining and organizing documents, records, and files.
They may assist in creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and ensure that information is properly stored and easily accessible.
Office Management:
They support general office operations by managing supplies, ordering equipment, and shipping materials Data Entry and Database Management:
They enter and update data in various systems or databases accurately.
This could include maintaining contact lists, tracking expenses, or updating employee records.
To include processing expense reports for both SVP and US Scatter Global Lead and VP of Mobilization To include Scatter Global / Mobilization vendor management - setup, management, and processing To include processing of accounts payable in Xledger To include managing relations with finance, contractors, and vendors To include assisting both SVP and US Scatter Global Lead and Mobilization with budget support Running reports Trend analysis Budget performance Supporting Human Resources:
Administrative assistants may assist with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, or maintaining personnel records.
Event Coordination:
Help organize company events, workshops, or training sessions.
This involves tasks like arranging venues, coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and ensuring a smooth execution of the event.
Special Projects:
Involved in special projects or assignments as assigned.
These projects may require research, data analysis, or presentation preparation.
TEAM PARTICIPATION:
Each team member is expected to participate in the team life activities of OM as directed by Manager, including:
Team events that focus on prayer, fellowship, training, and development Task Forces or Working Groups that facilitate cross-department collaboration Modeling the culture of OM USA CREDENTIALS/REQUIRED EDUCATION:
College Degree preferred but not required if relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc).
OTHER DUTIES:
Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
