Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Dispatch all inbound services calls for active locations that are within territory Notify Account Coordinator of any areas needing new Affiliated Service Providers, (ASPs) Provide ETA's for all actions entered into the database, (currently Sales Force) Enter and Update all communications into the database, (currently Sales Force) Send approved ASP estimates to customer for approval Dispatch out customer approved estimates Follow all calls that have a timeline of 4 days or less to and take every possible step to see the call to completion Escalate calls that are over 4 days old to Account Coordinator Escalate calls that require a change in equipment to Account Coordinator Triage and troubleshoot calls once trained Identify Warranty issues and escalate to Account Coordinator when necessary Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Provide telephone coverage when necessary and provide backup weekend emergency on-call coverage if needed Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations and goals Competencies Customer/Client Focus Problem Solving/Analysis Time Management/Multitasking Communication Proficiency Teamwork Orientation Technical Capacity Flexibility/Adaptation to Change Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
