Responsibilities:
Work in tandem with accounts payable team to manage the corporate and location level accounts payable process.
Handling accounts payable for separate locations and vendors Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company procedures Processing due invoices for payments Review invoices for unusual charges outside of industry norms.
Education & Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
(Note:
a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.
) Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Ability to work well in a team environment ensuring that good working relationships are maintained.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn new accounting systems (NetSuite) Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis Ability to pass a drug test prior to hire Note:
