This person would be responsible for the evaluation, procurement, implementation, and training for all software applications used to support our construction project management.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Evaluate technology solutions to support construction projects Lead the implementation of additional Procore modules and any new applications Develop and deliver training for field teams to maximize technology adoption Provide support to users on the applications Create and manage templates for all business units to use for external communication Manage the renewal and maintenance of all information systems Travel between Forza Group offices and job sites to deliver training to users Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to understand how project-related data connects to other company systems Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize job duties and multitask effectively Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of software applications used in construction industry Excellent follow-up skills and diligence are required Ability to pass pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Experience in construction industry Experience with construction management software such as Procore Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or experience in the construction industry Experience with software implementation and training Compensation and
Benefits:
