GAT Airline Ground Support operates in 46 locations throughout the US and has been in operation for over 50 years.
We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to join our office in Peachtree City, GA.
What you will do:
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for the processes and controls associated with the complete, timely, and accurate recording and payment of invoices, as well as vendor relations.
You will apply your in-depth knowledge of Accounts payable and you will also:
Manages the vendor master to ensure that data within is complete and accurate, including compliance specific documentation.
Manages the complete, timely, and accurate recording of invoices, including the management of invoice-entry service provider relationship.
Manages the complete timely, and accurate recording of employee and contractor expense reports.
Develops policies and procedures for accounts payable function.
Provides accounts payable training and support to subordinates and other employees.
Coordinates with Accounting and Operations personnel to ensure complete, timely, and accurate recording of expenses, including the recording of expense accruals.
Performs monthly Accounts Payable account reconciliations and other reports.
Provides root-cause analysis to exceptions and provides recommendations for process improvements.
Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisory Role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Excel and Microsoft Dynamics GP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment What we offer:
