Right now, were hiring for a Program Manager in Peachtree City, Georgia. This position is responsible for the management, development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that provide the company's value added services.

Manage all aspects of a particular line of products.
Champion sales and profits through pricing, market identifying, technical and business training, and inventory management.
Understand, train, and ensure that Wencor has market intelligence (competition, customers, and pricing).
Understand the customers (their fleet and maintenance, scope, and product penetration).
Monitor and manage initial stocking levels. Keep optimum stock level to balance customer satisfaction and ROI.
Train on technical aspects of product line, NHA application, and business aspects.
Support sales representatives with proposals, technical documentation, and customer contracts.
Before we welcome you onboard, heres how well know you have what it takes:
You have a bachelors degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Marketing or related degree with three years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
You have strong database, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint skills.
You have a high propensity for mechanical concepts.
You have strong business and marketing skills.
You demonstrate industry knowledge.
